DWTS All Stars spend Thanksgiving practicing.  The All Stars behave cordially at rehearsals but it makes one wonder how bad do they really want to win? Can Shawn Johnson and Derek Hough beat the competition? Melissa Rycroft and Tony Dovolani are dancing almost perfectly at the same time Kelly Monaco and Val Chmerkovskiy appear to be Fan Favorites.
