Former DWTS Contestant Hope Solo In The News For Domestic Violence Incident with Fiance

Former DWTS contestant and US Women's Soccer Team Goalie, Hope Solo was involved in a domestic abuse incident. News reports say that Hope is engaged to Jerramy Stevens (former Seattle Seahawk) and that the pair had plans to wed after dating for just two months. During a party, Stevens was taken into custody accused of 4th Degree assault by the arresting officers, after the police arrived and found Hope Solo with an injury to her elbow, dry blood on Jerramy Steven's shirt and a bedroom that was in disarray with Stevens hiding between the bed and the wall.
Getting married so quickly under such odd circumstances, raises RED FLAGS. Maybe the two need relationship counseling or need to end their relationship all together.
Stevens was released from custody after the judge determine there was not enough evidence to hold him but the former football player is still under investigation.

DWTS No Hope & MadMaksim in Mirror Ball Finals

Not much of a surprise to anyone, Hope Solo and Maksim Chmerkovskiy were voted off Dancing With The Stars last night. These two definitely brought drama to the "reality show". Did I hear right that the Three Finalists, Rob Kardashian & Cheryl Burke, J.R. Martinez & Karina Smirnoff and Ricki Lake & Derek Hough were scheduled to be on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night and NOT Solo & Chmerkovskiy? Usually the voted off couple is interviewed on JKL directly after the show. Did ABC do a change up as a way of punishing the pair or is that the normal turn of events?

DWTS' Mad Maksim Tries To Walk Off Bad Press With Partner Hope Solo

Most of us know that much of the "reality show" world is fake. So when Maksim Chmerkovskiy went ballistic a few weeks ago on DWTS, some fans thought it was way out of line while others thought MadMaksim was rightfully defending Hope Solo. Was it a ruse to bolster ratings? Or was MadMaks sick of Chaz Bono getting a free ride for walking instead of dancing? One will never know. DWTS tries to be a mixture of political correctness with a dash of Playboy centerfolds (Brooke Burke, Kendra Wilkinson, Kelly Monaco), Porn Celeb Kim Kardashian, couple of contestants with drug addictions (Aaron Carter), battles with sobriety (David Arquette), a rape charge (Lawrence Taylor), money laundering (Tom Delay) and a host of other odd quirks that makes DWTS such a wonderful dysfunctional fun family. So MadMaksim's outburst was a ratings boom and a tabloid seller n'est-ce pas? The big question is how much hot water is Maksim actually in with the Executives of the show? Will he be back next season or will MadMaks take a much needed break? Here is MadMaks and Hope Solo spending some "good press" quality time together.

The Moment After Mad Maksim Smacked Hope Solo's Shoulder

After watching the Halloween edition of Dancing With The Stars and the rehearsal footage shown while Team Paso Doble practiced, a deeper story emerges. Mad Maksim wanted to redeem himself by staying in the competition. Chmerkovskiy was dealing with a broken toe and feeling the stress of improving Hope's chances of not being belittle by the judges. In the rehearsal footage of Team Paso Doble, Maksim smacks Hope's shoulder hard much to the shock of all who saw it. Maksim Chmerkovskiy has become cold and strong like prized Russian Vodka. In moderation it maybe ok but too much is bad. Maksim is lucky Hope didn't slap/smack him back.


That all being said, Hope Solo's dancing improved dramatically. Her foot work was much better. I don't think Mad Maks and Hope Float are going home tonight.
