Runyan Canyon: The Return of The KAT

Its been way too long since I climbed the hills of Runyan Canyon. It was great to return to a favorite

hunting ground for a much needed work out for the mind and body.

FISHBONE On a Month Long Fall Tour of the States

I was literally walking from one friend's place when another, my dear friend Angelo Moore from FISHBONE, yelled my name. He promptly pulled his car over and left it running in the street. He gave me a big hug.

Angelo and I have known each other for a long time. When I first came to L.A., Moore took me to Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles. It was so good to see him. We talked and laughed and I had to take pictures. FISHBONE is one of the greatest bands EVER!
