Is Erin Andrews Polarizing Fleeting DWTS Fans?

Random sighting of Erin Andrews in Beverly Hills yesterday. Although I'm NOT covering DWTS at rehearsals, as I have said repeatedly if the cast crosses my path in Beverly Hills, I will definitely photograph them. I didn't watch the premiere of Season 18 but I did read and hear the rumblings on Erin Andrews' voice. At first I thought it was a little over the top until I actually listened to her voice. It is not to my liking but some people don't like my voice or speech pattern. DWTS Season 18 fans seemed to be more against Erin Andrews as the new co-host than for her replacing Brooke Burke Charvet.. I wonder what the producers and Conrad Green are scrambling to do? I don't get their constant desire to prick and preen the show. They try to be everything to everybody which is not very wise. The younger demographic isn't the bread and butter to the show the older more mature crowd with money is.

Has DWTS Jumped The Shark?

Gleb Savchenko, Sharna Burgess and Henry Byalikov leaving DWTS rehearsals. Three dancers that I love to watch. I took the opportunity to discuss with Henry about some of the main issues fans of Dancing With The Stars have had with the show such as Chaz Bono, unfair pairings, judging controversies and DWTS drama.

Christina Milian Talks Paris Hilton and Panty Photo Drama

Christina Milian is using her time on DWTS wisely. She has already been in a plethora of pictures with headlights and panty up skirt shots. It's hard having a hot body where people are taking photographs of you all the time. Christina explains it all and her friend Paris Hilton's latest record release party. Later Mark Ballas arrives and he is seen wincing in pain.

DWTS Week 2 Elimination: Bill Nye The Science Guy Voted Off

Well Bill Nye The Science Guy and Tyne Stecklein gave it their best shot but were eliminated tonight from DWTS. Bill Nye suffered a torn muscle and danced anyway. This is a tough competition. Only week 2 and already serious injuries. Anyway, Bill Nye brings Science back to the forefront and that gives him an A++ in my book. Nice and intelligent man. I'm glad he was cast on this season of Dancing With The Stars.

Would DWTS Improve With Some New Judges?

  

Fans of Dancing With The Stars have been vocal on their feelings on judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and Len Goodman via Social Media as well as in direct interviews. Many have come to the side of pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy by agreeing that golden boy Derek Hough does seem to have a history of getting better dance partners causing an unfair and frustrating situation for Maksim. The situation of Maksim saying he is leaving the show after this season poses some interesting questions: 

• How are the partners chosen?
• Is there a fairer system than just height requirements?
• Will some guest judges as some quality, fire and fairness to the long running show?

When I asked resident judge of "Come Strictly Dancing" and "DWTS", Len Goodman about some new blood like Mihail Baryshnikov sitting as a guest judge on the show, Goodman said he should get 10% of his salary. See Maksim isn't the only one on Dancing With The Stars that has a HUGE Ego!
