In one of the most dumbest moves ever OR one of the most Machiavellian moves ever, a day before Lindsay Lohan was to appear in court on the west coast Lindsay Lohan fires her attorney, Shawn Holley. The one and only attorney who has brilliantly kept Lilo out of jail numerous times. Either this farce is being orchestrated to show lack of competence on Lindsay's choice for a new lawyer, Mark Heller who is based in New York. And/Or this is a delay tactic for a continuance because it is unclear if Mark Heller can actually practice law in California. Could Shawn Holley actually be conducting this ruse? Or is Lindsay Lohan so high with self delusion that she would terminate one of the best legal aces ever to grace Los Angeles' court rooms? Tune in tomorrow to find out what happens in the growing Soap Opera: Lindsay Lohan. Is Lindsay Lohan even in the states because it was reported that she was in England over the weekend? Well maybe Max George of The Wanted is worth going to jail for? Who knew. Lindsay Lohan decides to hop on a jet to hang out with sexy Max. Who wouldn't want to have a fling/relationship instead of facing possible jail time? Lindsay Lohan could be sentenced to jail by L.A. Prosecutors tomorrow for charges stemming from a car accident which the troubled star gave conflicting testimony. Lilo's probation stemming for a jewelry theft, might be revoked. I wonder what the judge will say upon hearing that the actress is too busy partying in England with a boy band to face the music in Santa Monica? I don't want to jinx justice so I will leave my thoughts to myself on Lohan returning to jail.

Really Lindsay Lohan really? After hottie Max George from the WANTED and that is what caused you to punch a woman? Wow! Max is HOT but is he worth doing jail time for?

All I can say is the "Lindsay Lohan punching a women over Max George" is great TALE for generating more buzz for The WANTED who have a new album out called 'Battleground' which will be what Lindsay Lohan will be doing in several bi coastal court rooms. I'm really starting to believe Lilo is a zombie sacrificial tool for the industry used to promote what ever they decide to market.

Lindsay Lohan: How Many Strikes Does The Spoiled Star Get?

Lindsay, Lindsay, Lindsay. What can I say that already hasn't not been wittily written by me before in previous blog posts about Lindsay Lohan getting in trouble (again & again)? TMZ reported and it was soon spread all over the internet that Ms. Lohan was arrested for allegedly hitting Tiffany Eve Mitchell in the face at a club. Wowee Wee Wow! How dumb or high or both can a person be to constantly trip the trouble fantastic and push the legal system beyond the bounds of black comedy and decorum? Lindsay, I know you are a White Girl but PLEASE you are getting obnoxious with the skirting the court system, getting away with breaking the law and always getting a job or a paycheck nefariously. Please stop, you are even making your White sisters angry with all your tricks. Please stop rubbing it in our noses that you are above the law, a better actress than anyone, that you are misunderstood, your mother is perfect, you were set up, that everyone is picking on you, your fashion style is above reproach, you don't have a drug/alcohol addiction, you don't have to pay for things that you want, you can run over people literally, you can get $100,000 by not doing in anything and that you can get by with your looks. Please stop Lindsay. Your antics are so bad that bulimics are using a picture of you as the fastest way to vomit.

Staying Sober with Lynelle

Like many people I'm struggling with aniexty over money issues (since I haven't been paid by a photo agency INF in two months). Many of us are under severe stress so I asked my friend Lynnelle her thoughts on staying sober while feeling depressed.

The Night Before Whitney Houston Died

I've been sadden by the news of the Icon Whitney Houston passing. I was so excited about her being seen out and about on pre-Grammy red carpet parties. I thought she looked good inside the clubs and she seemed to be having a good time. Anyway, my prayers go out to her family and loved ones especially Bobbi Kristina who has been to the hospital after the death of her mother.
Friday night, I was exhausted after a long day but I had made plans to meet up with my friend Lynnelle to continue our discussions. I've mentioned her numerous times because I felt a long time ago that her story was something that could help people battling addiction and also to educate those who are dealing with someone with addictions. Lynnelle has been sober for 15 years. She used to do crack cocaine. Her favorite artist is Whitney Houston. So late on Friday night, we got together and had a long discussion about sobriety and battling addiction. This was an honest discussion and maybe it will help others. I hope so. It was as if we had a little "meeting" ourselves and shared it with the world. This video is dedicated to anyone battling triggers of addiction. Eventually I will combine the video put for now it is in 3 segments.

Amy Winehouse Dead At 27

I never photographed or saw Amy Winehouse perform live but I will share my thoughts on her passing. It starts with a true story about a photo agency that is big and that bragged about Amy Winehouse working for them back in the day. The son of the owner of the agency who is widely known for having a drug problem himself said that Amy worked as a receptionist before she was famous at the agency. And in those days the agency was very hippy like. Every one did drugs. It was accepted. He said people "smoked crack at their desks." The irony of this is/was that the same agency that hired Amy Winehouse before she was a household name, made drugs accessible to her as well as the rest of the staff. When Amy Winehouse became a huge international star, the same agency that once hired her and also made drugs an accepted practice, was now following her daily drug/booze escapades and selling her pictures to the highest bidder. That is the nature of the business. She went from answering phones for a fledgling entertainment agency that sold pictures to the tabloids to being the fodder that the same agency made money off of.
Rest in Peace Amy Winehouse. She had a remarkable voice and talent. Winehouse and the people that enabled her caused Amy to die at 27. Slightly coincedental that early this week there was a blind item on Dlisted.com that an agency was supplying Brooke Mueller with cocaine. It is a different agency more than likely because one particular photographer bragged about doing set up shots with Mueller all the time and he worked for the same agency that most people guessed. It wouldn't surprise me one bit if the allegation is true. Will Lindsay Lohan die at 27? Right now she is on a similar Winehouse course.

Lindsay Lohan was at court again on Wednesday which makes me wonder how many times has she been to court? I can't seem to get a definite number. I will have to do some more checking and find out. Lindsay Lohan at another court date is like saying the sky is blue. While thinking on what to call this post, I pondered calling it "Lindsay Lohan Increases Business For Local Courts". But I thought that was too long. Anyway, old news Lindsay Lohan arrived to court today to face charges for Felony Theft. Sometimes I wonder if LiLo is a robotic doll. She acts dumb/innocent while looking sexy. I'm sure Lindsay got paid to wear that form fitting white dress to court. While the fashion mags and blogs report on LiLo's court ensemble, its a good bet that the dress designer will sell out of it and soon will have back orders. While at the court house, I also tried to figure out how many court houses Lohan has done the stroll or the walk of shame. How many restaurants have benefited from increase patronage from reporters and photographers? How many city meters and parking lots got more money from the media covering the troubled actress ? How many additional sheriffs had to be on the clock to provide security? How many magazines, photos, videos and stories were paid for discussing LiLo. Lindsay Lohan Where Are The Handcuffs?

I noticed something in the latest allegation of Lindsay Lohan breaking the law (once again). Why is Lohan privacy always protected when she is taken into custody? Why is she never seen with handcuffs? So fascinating the rush for LAPD to handcuff a African American whose is under the suspicion of a crime (he didn't commit) as in the case with Tyrone Burton who was accused of selling bootleg DVDs when in fact he was marketing his own in public. Lindsay on the other hand, has been multiple times accused of stealing merchandise, there is even a video of her leaving the jewelry store with a necklace and she is still free. What kind of blind justice is going on here? Different law for Blacks and Whites? I won't be surprised if Lohan walks again.

Media Darling Golden Voice Ted Williams Days Before He Entered Rehab

In previous twitter posts, I mention that I was told by a security guard at Hollywood & Highland that he smelled alcohol on one of the men in the Ted Williams entourage. The guard told me it was a strong stench. He knew this because a TV crew was filming the man with the golden voice without permits on the property of the mall and he as well as another guard had to ask the crew along with Ted Williams to leave. He also told me they were headed to the Renaissance Hotel; where Ted and one of his daughter's ended up in a heated argument where the police were called. The daughter accused her father of drinking during an interview and subsequently after appearing on another TV show, Ted Williams decided to enter rehab with the help of Dr. Phil. Side note while Ted was filming one of his many segments on Hollywood, he said he was going on Oprah. Well that interview will have to wait because Williams wisely checked into a rehab center in Texas far away from the glitter of Hollywood so he can focus on the most important thing his sobriety.
