Controversial celeb Bristol Palin is Back on DWTS All Stars with a new look (a little plastic surgery) and a slimmed down figure. Something tells me she has been practicing in Alaska knowing that the all star version was going to go down in the near future. She has some pep in her step. I think she has a new boyfriend too.
