Craigslist a Necessary Evil?

How I hate CL aka Craigslist let me count the ways... I could tell you stories...how many companies posting fake jobs to gather personal information, how many crazy people looking to hook up by renting a bedroom, the obvious prostitution there for everyone to see. In an allegedly free country/democracy we need CL right? Now with a murder taking place by using a Craigslist ad, maybe it is time to put CL under more scrutiny. Craigslist just seems a little too evil and creepy....
