Larry Wilcox has survived his own trouble with the law. Putting security fraud behind him, Wilcox who played a popular California Patrol Officer Jon Baker on CHiPS, was on Hollywood Boulevard supporting a campaign to remind tourists and CA residents not to jaywalk.
