Times are tough not only for regular smucks like me but for businesses like Chanel and for singers like Ciara. The lackluster economy, has decreased consumers impulse buying. Record sales and luxury purchases are down. So it is a perfect opportunity for Ciara and Chanel to join forces for a staged photo shoot to generate buzz for both.
