Dennis Hopper Passes On
Today was a sad day for many reasons so I'm just going to do a repeat on some touching moments that I had the pleasure of being apart of. To tell the truth, I left one of my agents over the pictures that I photographed during DENNIS HOPPER's Star Ceremony.
Long story short, the agent wanted to hold the pictures and edit my sets down to eight. I was like no, I believe in these pictures and besides the person treating me like shit, I decided that I would rather not let them represent me anymore. And that they could no longer sell my pictures of Dennis Hopper. These are just a few memories of a stellar actor and the friends that loved him. It is a good day to die when you are surrounded by your love ones. Thank you Dennis Hopper for your wonderful legacy. R.I.P.
"Some odd staccato thing happened to my videos while shooting the Dennis Hopper Star Ceremony. It never happened before but C'est La Vie it kind of goes with Dennis Hopper's unique way of acting...

Russell Brand - Buy Love Here
Obviously I'm not doing a good job catching up on twitter because I was told later than I would have like that Russell Brand was going to be making an appearance at the Beverly Center. He was shooting some bit about a Pop Up Store called "Buy Love Here". I forgot how tall Russell was. I called him Michael when I came in the door. Freudian Slip but I have had Micheal Jackson on the brain lately. I think it was a year ago that I video'd him last in Beverly Hills so internal clock is reminding me of how much fun MJ was to photograph. Anyway, Russell was his larger than life self and in good spirits as he enticed people to come in the store and trade something on their person for something in the store....

Liberty Hill Upton Sinclair Awards & Dinner Gala
What a fabulous event! The Liberty Hill Foundation's Upton Sinclair Awards & Dinner was stellar. Walter Mosley who won the Upton Sinclair Award was an inspiration and so was Kafi D. Blumenfield the CEO/President of The Liberty Hill Foundation. Seriously the lady should run for public office I would definitely vote for Kafi! The night was full of inspirational speeches and People Making Change Possible with their Heart Felt Effort.
Cheryl Tiegs and Michael Dean Shelton below:Monti Montanez made the night fun having dessert with me and making several high school girls' day when he took pictures with them. Liz Heller seen below with Paris Barclay gave one of the best speeches of the night along with her husband John Manulis.

Judge To Take A Vacation Day to hear Lindsay Lohan Excuse
What a wonderful turn of the events, Judge Revel will take a Vacation Day to hear Lindsay Lohan's excuse for missing her court date two days ago. Lohan may have outsmarted herself, because maybe the excuse for her not going to court on Thursday was a play to avoid getting the "strict" judge. Having a capable lawyer who probably knows the vacation schedule of the judge, wouldn't surprise anyone that if Lindsay delayed long enough in order that she would get a different judge. However the judge is doing an AWESOME and possibly a Life Saving Favor to Lohan by making sure she handles the court date on Monday. Here is more from the Beverly Hills Court House on Thursday as I arrive so does a special guest, Bobby Trendy...

Lindsay Lohan NO SHOW at the Beverly Hills Court House Behind the Scenes
Join me behind the scenes before the press conference outside the Beverly Hills Court House after Judge Marsha Revel issued a bench warrant for Lindsay Lohan...
Michael Lohan Shows Up To Court While Lindsay is A No Show
Say what you will about Michael Lohan but at least he showed up for his daughter's court appearance even though Lindsay was too busy in Cannes promoting her "movie career" and loosing her passport by theft supposedly. During the press conference that followed Judge Marsha Revel issuing Lindsay Lohan a bench warrant for her arrest for non compliance, Michael was tight lipped and let his attorney do the talking for him.
Lawyer for Lindsay Lohan Shawn Chapman Holley Handles the Press at Court House
File this under composure under severe pressure, Shawn Chapman Holley handles the fallout from her immature client Lindsay Lohan. Lohan was issued a bench warrant for being a NO SHOW at her court hearing. Of course Lindsay had lots of excuses for not being there. Holley however didn't have the luxury as she fielded tough questions from the media outside the Beverly Hills Court House.

Jail: The Best Place for Lindsay Lohan
As the Thursday deadline for her DUI court hearing looms, pictures surface of the jet setting "actress" partying in Cannes and appearing wasted. This comes after Lindsay allegedly threw a drink in a model's face on May 15th and Lohan also being accused of throwing a glass at her ex Samantha Rhonson in late April. Since Lindsay can't control herself, beside the fact that she has been given all kinds of judicial breaks, second chances and excuses for repeatedly breaking the law, the best place for Lohan is JAIL.
Jail is the perfect vacation for a talent such as Lindsay. A place where she can be alone and think. Think about all the great acting roles, think about her love for booze, her love for drugs, her love for fashion and her love of being the center of attention. She will have all the time she needs to ponder on her addictions. Jail is the perfect place for a self centered brat that needs to grow up. Since Lindsay Lohan's juvenile parents have failed being proper role models and failed at instilling a moral compass and values to their offsprings, maybe the only saviour for Lindsay is a tough bull dyke in prison who won't take any back lip! Anybody else of color, or lack of privilege wouldn't be receiving the kind of leniency Lohan has repeatedly received and abused. Fuck her celebrity, the girl needs help and since her family can't corral her, the judicial system should. The judge should throw the book at her. If someone stood up to Lindsay and acted like a "Parent" with rules, boundaries and consequences for bad behavior, maybe Lohan could take the first steps back into reality. If Lindsay Lohan kills herself via drugs/booze or from driving recklessly in speeding car, she has sealed her fate and deserves the consequences. On Thursday, the judge that is handling the case for Lindsay Lohan has the opportunity to give Lohan another chance to get her life straight and the best place for Lindsay is in jail to think about her actions, her life and the consequences. It will be a great vacation for her away from her parents, away from the paparazzi, away from friends that encourage and enable her bad behavior. Maybe she can make a turn around like Robert Downey Jr. or maybe Lindsay Lohan will be just another wasted childhood star that never grew up and died unbelievably young.

Audrina Patrige Wears Short Shorts While Stephanie Pratt Wears Skinny Jeans
Looking hot and ready for the summer, Stephanie Pratt & Audrina Patrige of the HILLS, were walking to their set up on Robertson for their reality show when I got up with them. Audrina covered up her face when a TMZ camera man asked her about Heidi and an incident with her mom.
Audrina kept mum on the subject and dodge the offending questions. Patrige showed off her great legs while Stephanie rocked a pair of faded blue jeans.
Sharon Stone Steals SVU
Sharon Stone did a strong acting job as ADA Jo Marlowe in last night's episode of Law & Order: SVU. Ms. Stone will be in the season finale as well. She may even be nominated for an Emmy for her guest role. Hopefully we will see her as a regular on the show is she so desires. Her character of Jo Marlowe was complex, powerful and sexy. Kudos for the writing, directing, acting and casting on the show.
