The Man That Takes Care of the STARS on Hollywood Blvd

I met John today. I've seen him for years cleaning the stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. On hands and knees, he scrubs & polishes the stars that millions walk on. John told me that he has been doing this for ten years. He saw the need and made an opportunity. John told me that the Late Johnny Grant (the unofficial Mayor of Hollywood), saw him cleaning the stars one day and asked him "What are you doing to my stars?" Johnny Grant took Hollywood SERIOUSLY and he was very protective of the legacy of Hollywood.

Once John explained what he was doing everything was cool. John has lots of cool stories and great ideas. He told me that Drew Carey once saw him cleaning his star and forked over a $100 tip. Drew Carey is a cool guy so is John. I will add the video that I made with him later. Next time you see John cleaning the stars, say hi.

DWTS' Aaron Carter Some Bad News Some Good News

Ok lets do the bad news out of the way, Signature Network Inc is suing Aaron Carter for a contract that was signed when he was 13. The amount is roughly $500,000 according to the processor server. TMZ is following up on the story. I spoke with Aaron yesterday and he said with alot of class and maturity that he is going to take care of the situation. He also urged young celebrities not to have their parents involved with their financial decisions. He gave a very insightful interview. The video is making the rounds so it won't be here for awhile but I will say this, Aaron Carter started performing before he was a teenager. He was having 4 top ten hits in England and was the youngest male star to do so. The pressure to make money for the family as well to perform must have been intense and conflicting. Aaron Carter is now 21. He has lived a lifetime in his short span on this planet and hopefully he will come full circle and go back to doing what he loves to do which is performing. I wish him the greatest success.
On to some good news, Aaron has a new lady friend. He told me exclusively that they were going to be watching the Video Music Awards together at home. So here's to the new couple!!!

David Blaine Can You Make Racism Disappear?

Yesterday Street Magician David Blaine was on Robertson on his way to the Newsroom to have lunch with his lady and a male friend. Everything was going cool until I bumped into a bike that was in the middle of the sidewalk. Garth from TMZ warned me just as I knocked the bike over. My bad. It wasn't intentional and I didn't see it. Also I thought who parks a bike loaded with trash bags in the middle of the sidewalk. Anyway David and I reset the bike back on it's kick stand. So I'm snapping and Garth is videoing and all of a sudden, the person who owns the bike comes around the corner and drops the N-Bomb. I stopped shooting and I went head to head with the shorter man and wasn't having it. I don't know if David knew what bike owner said to me because depending on who saw what went down and how close they were, they either heard what the bike owner said or did not. Regardless, I don't play that shit. It never ceases to amaze me how people can drop that word so easily no matter what their economic state is or how mentally sane or insane. It came out of his mouth so fast like Tourette's. So the guy was obviously mentally challenged but he could say that word so effortlessly. I've seen that before with several homeless people that is one word they know.
