Love her or hate her but Kim Kardashian is in top form and on the top of the media chess game. Kardashian usurped her once friend Paris Hilton easily over the last 3 years with a bevy of media plays that out played the blonde socialite. Kim Kardashian engaged, married, divorced and now dating the infamous Kanye West is constantly in the global spotlight whereas Paris Hilton is remembered for her cocaine bust and dating a DJ. In this competitive world of former reality stars vs. current ones, Kardashian has a stronger brand. With her family in the mix and a powerful producer Ryan Seacrest, Kim is much more powerful brandwise than her former friend Paris. What a few years can make in being relevant. 'Hurricane' Hot for Jared Leto's 30 Seconds To Mars

Last year I bumped into the juggernaut known as 30 Seconds To Mars. In the time that followed, they have been busy touring, making videos and trying to keep up with their rabid fans. Well the pyramid approach is working. With a new video called 'Hurricane', 30 Seconds To Mars takes the Rock Opera to the Music Video Format. Long versions of a song with accompanying video seems like the new wave to rejuvenate the reality graveyard of the likes of MTV. For those who crave music with story telling, with performers such as Kanye West (Runaway 35 minutes) and 30Seconds To Mars (Hurricane 13+ minutes) have the money, power and fan base to make mini movies more common.

Amber Rose: Legalize Gay

Bumped into the supernova known as Amber Rose recently. Amber was rocking a Legalize Gay T-shirt from American Apparel. Amber told me she doesn't liked to be photographed or interviewed (right now) WTH?. Anyway, I respected her requests even though I could have probably eaten well off the money I would have made if I didn't ask. C'est La Vie. Hopefully next time I will be able to photograph and interview her properly. I photographed her numerous times when she was the eye candy for Kanye West. Amber said she has a bunch of new projects going on and she will announce more soon.

FAME is a great song by David Bowie & John Lennon. If you have the time check the lyrics and see if they fit with Kanye West or try the REHAB song by Amy Winehouse. With Wine in the name it has to be good? Anyway, Perez Hilton blasted on his twitter page that the FAME KILLS Tour with Lady Ga Ga & Kanye West was DEAD!!!! Some were shocked and many weren't. I kept hearing Lady Ga Ga saying in interviews that she wasn't going to open up for KANYE and that she was equal. There has been rumblings that Kanye needs a stint in rehab. Also that he is a DIVO male version of DIVA. Now excuse me while I say this how the hell, and I bought Lady Ga Ga's album earlier this year in March or Feb. before it was played to DEATH in radio rotation, is Lady Ga Ga who has had one huge album = to Kanye in tour status? How many hits has Kanye had? How many successful albums? Yes Kanye is an attention whore but he is a talented song writer & performer. No offense to Lady Ga Ga but I didn't think that tour was going to work. Too Much Ego. That isn't such a bad thing but not on the same bill.
