Judge Comes Down Hard on Garry Sun For Violating Tila Tequila/Nyguen Restraining Order

Garry Sun was shocked to find out that he was facing jail time for violating a restraining order put in place by former associate Tila Tequila/Nyguen. The judge was stern with Garry Sun after both attorney’s agreed to neutralize the situation by adjudicating the sentence for 180 days. During which, Garry Sun must enroll and complete an Anger Management program that lasts for 6 months. Sun was forced to accept and attend the judge’s order. Under the advice of his attorney, Garry Sun will be attending Alternative For Violence (anger management program).
The judge also said that if Garry Sun was found guilty of violating Tila Tequila/Nyguen restraining order, he would face jail, fines and sanctions for costs and fees. The Judge also amended paragraph 7 of the November 12, 2010 restraining order. Garry Sun most remain 100 yards away from Tila Tequila/Nyguen. The judge took exceptions to the times when Garry and Tequila would be in court and when they were at the same events. Sun's attorney offered that Garry would remove himself if he was at an event that Nyguen was in attendance. Both parties were warned by the judge that they must not have direct or indirect contact via 3rd parties, no ficticious emails or facebooks.
On Tila Nyguen’s side she had an expert witness who was an Officer of the Law who will be testifying in 6 months when he is recalled for trial.
The Judge warned Sun that jail is not a nice place and that even one day would not be pleasant. He also said that in six months, he would take everything into consideration. If Garry Sun completes his mandatory anger management courses as well as if there is no contact between the two parties. However, he also gave a stern warning that Garry Sun could be facing jail time regardless.

Personal notes, it was very hard to hear in the court room Sun’s lawyer spoke very softly. And the stenographer had to ask several times during the proceedings for the parties to speak up.
I took the best hand notes that I could. The name of the judge wasn’t on the outside of the court room or where I could see on the desk.

We weren’t allowed to film or tape inside the court room. My job was to cover the story just like any other Lindsay Lohan court drama. Garry did say at one point, that they wanted to take him away to jail that day. There was several meetings between the lawyers and the judge that transpired in chambers. Garry Sun said his attorney just got the case that morning.
Due to a TV pilot, Garry Sun was interviewed before the proceeding. I was interviewed after about what I thought about the proceedings. I left after that to go to my car and then photographed Tila Tequila/Nyguen who was across the street from my car. I never spoke to her before, during or after the proceedings. I was in a tight spot because at one point when Tila came back into court she had blood on her white skirt. I could not due to the assumption that I would be having contact with her for nefarious purposes tell her. I had to allow her to find out and eventually someone offered her a black jacket to wrap around her waist. As I was across the street Tila Tequila/Nyguen and her lawyers spoke and Nyguen smoked a cigarette. One of her attorney’s left and she walked across the street in my direction passing me to go to her car. I had no idea that she would be crossing my path. I kept a respectful distance and shot photographs on public property. To be clear I was covering a story nothing more, nothing less which I have been doing from the get go when it came to the first allegations between the pair.

Before the start of yesterday's arraignment for Lindsay Lohan's felony grand theft charges, I asked Garry Sun point blank about Tila Tequila and if the fight between them was real or just another ploy for attention.

Tila Tequila Says She Sober While ExPal Kristian Otto Herzog Is In Play for Mel Gibson

According to a story running on Radar Online, Tila Tequila wants to change her last name to Wynn. Tila feels her old self is "dead". Tila Wynn also went on to say that she is getting help from her doctors to deal with the multiple drug/alcohol and psychological issues that she had/has.
Meanwhile her exPal and play bodyguard Kristian Otto Herzog has been subpoenaed by Mel Gibson's team of lawyers in his battle against his former lover and baby's mama Oksana Grigorieva. According to TMZ, Oksana now is no friend of her former "friend"/"confidante"/play bodyguard.
Herzog never signed a confidentiality contracting like most real body guards do when they work for professional clients. So with that major mistake, Oksana has left herself wide open for all communications between herself and Kristian Otto Herzog to be under the scrutiny of the court. The battle between Oksana and Mel Gibson almost seems never ending. Herzog claimed he had a relationship with Oksana. Meanwhile Oksana denies this. Interesting connection with Tila Tequila and Oksana is Herzog befriended them gave his services as a "bodyguard" for publicity and gathered information on both women, according to insiders who knew Herzog's mode of operation. He befriends celebrities, offers his services for free and then uses the information to sell to tabloids or to "whitemale" (as I like to say) them at a later time. Tila and Kristian had a falling out. No doubt Herzog knows a lot about Tila Wynn (Tequila). What will also be interesting is to see what will happened with the battle between Garry Sun and Tila case. Was it all a farce for media attention because Garry is involved with a TV pilot? Or was the stalemate real? The sad thing is it seems like at least 3 players got what they wanted in this more attention but at what cost?

Tila Tequila vs Garry Sun The Unbelievable Plot Thickens

First of all when I heard the incredulous story by Garry Sun accusing Tila Tequila of having armed guards and threatening him, his father and kidnapping his girlfriend, I was in horror. I was in horror for selfish reasons to be honest (that I will get into later). First thing is first, I'm no fan of Garry Sun, he has pushed me out of the way while shooting Christina Aguilera (I have the video where you can see me shooting straight and all of the sudden, I'm pushed to the right of Sun in front of Aguilera's SUV). Personally I think photogs like Garry give photographers a bad name but I digress. The Tila Tequila accusations were so outrageous that I was thinking to myself, Garry Sun can't be so HIGH and so delusional that he would go after Tequila without hard facts and some sort of proof besides just intense accusations? Sun couldn't be that stupid?! And although it has looked bad the last several days, I kept checking the story. Gary Sun posted up a video where he is in front of the Sheriff's Department [that was taken down the next day] where he accuses Tila with kidnapping . Some clever people copied the original video and you can still find it online. A couple of things are blatant: 1) ROL doesn't do proper research on their own stories or they would have found this on their on site. 2) Look who is in the video playing Secret Service, talking into his coat? The infamous Kris (Kristian) Otto Herzog of the Oksana vs Mel Gibson story. Kris Herzog is a twice convicted felon who made his own "police type vehicle" you can see it in the video. As I stated in a previous post Kris likes to impersonate being a body guard for attention. He was convicted of impersonating a Police Officer. Herzog was accused of stopping a women while impersonating a cop. The lady was so frighten that she drove off (smart woman) and went to a real police officer and told what happened. Herzog was arrested. So after deductive reasoning my dear Watson, it is not so far fetched that Tila Tequila could have had armed bodyguards especially since a twice convicted felon was working for her or just hanging around her for publicity or information he could sell later.

Garry's story is not so crazy as it seems. The same two men are in both videos mine and from Radar Online. If Gary's dad and Gary can ID both, then this story isn't so incredulous as it seems. If you saw a car like Herzog's with the flashing lights you might think he was a police officer. Herzog also has been known to carry weapons. And he has threaten Oksana Grigorieva with a tell all book. I've also been told by a credible source that Kris Herzog takes personal items and also videos and/or records the celebrities he works for and then tries to use them as bargaining chips later or tries to sell the inside information to the tabloids via a third party.

Lastly, I will add more of this story as it develops and why my reasons are selfish.
