Moods Of Norway Has a Snow Party

The new kids on the Robertson Block, Moods of Norway had a summer party featuring clothes, booze, Norwegians, great music and an ample amount of snow. If Moods of Norway made an invitation to celebs like Paris and Lindsay and said we are having a snow party, I'm sure they would have showed up. In L.A. when you say snow it takes on a different meaning. I'm not talking about the illegal kind.

I was throwing snow balls at the models. Decadence there is nothing like it.
Later inside the party, DJ Jonny Boy celebrated the legacy of Michael Jackson by playing a medley of hits.

It was good to dance again.

TEYANA Taylor is One HOT MAMA....

With great hair, lips, personality and body, Teyana Taylor has the making of a major star. Taken to Robertson Blvd by celebrity Eye Lash Guru to the Stars, Ja'Maal Buster, Ms. Taylor went to all the hot spots KITSON, the newly opened MOODS OF NORWAY and ROCK & REPUBLIC.
At Rock & Republic, Teyanna tried out their makeup line with the help of Troy Kendal.


Ja'Maal Buster (shown above putting mascara on Teyana) knows a great face when he sees one. Buster has groomed and elongated the lashes of Rihanna, Audrina Patridge, Jane Fonda, Paris Hilton and oodles and oodles of celebrities.


Taylor is the protege of Pharell. She is from Harlem and besides being a rapper, singer and choreographer under the age of 21, she is scheduled to have a TV show next year.

No Doubt No Joke No Shit

So for the last 5 days I've been inundated with Moods Of Norway. I had no idea that NO DOUBT

would be on Jimmy Kimmel yesterday doing a pre taped performance. I was hanging out with a Finnish friend and he told me. I thanked him and promptyly left dreading the afternoon traffic. Eventhough I was exhausted, I stayed to the bitter end last night which meant a night of little sleep and a lot of uploading footage.


Gwen Stefani looked cool as usual. I'll never forget one day I saw her and Gavin Rossdale at the Melrose Trading Post browsing around. What a good looking couple. Anyway, Gwen Stefani, Tony Kanal, Adrian Young and Tom Dumont made their patient fans very happy.

I don't remember seeing a line so long to see a band at Jimmy Kimmel. The KILLERS line wasn't as long and that one was huge. Gwen brought her children with her and boy could Kingston dance.
The male members of the band signed and took photos before the concert.
Gwen signed afterwards. Unfortunately my camera was on the wrong setting and or batteries needed to be recharged so my pictures of Gwen were unusable. I used 2 SD cards shooting No Doubt.

Lots of video footage while the band signed before the concert and during soundcheck make up for the lack of Gwen photos. I really dig Gwen she is a successful entrepreneur and seems to have a great family. NO DOUBT rocks and they were sporting MOODS OF NORWAY White Dinner Jackets during the actual performance and Gwen Stefani puts hers on halfway through sound check.
So it is funny how just a few days ago, Peder showed me the Spin Magazine with NO DOUBT wearing Moods of Norway, I would have so much fun with them at their opening party and then I would be videoing and photographing NO DOUBT.
No Doubt that No Doubt will have a successful tour.

Moods Of Norway Celebrates Norwegian Constitution Day at the SkyBar

If a person can fall in love with a concept, a vision, an experience then I must say, I fell in love with a bunch of wild and crazy Norwegians. No matter how many times I've try to say or explain it, the last 3 days have been a vacation. Being around lovely people, with good hearts who like to party and dress well. Moods of Norway celebrated their National Holiday on the 17th of May by having a party at the U.S. Flagship store and then going back to the Skybar at the Mondrian. If a picture is worth a thousand words than I'll throw down some pictures... Men in suits looking sharp were all over the place making the ladies very giddy....

MOODS OF NORWAY'S motto is "Happy Clothes for Happy People" I have to say their motto fits the way they live perfectly. I have never seen an entire Team work so wonderfully together.

Last Night I Didn't Get To Sleep at All....MOODS OF NORWAY Rock A Party!!!

First let me say when Moods of Norway throws a party...
They throw a P-A-R-T-Y!
On the heels of Gwen Stefani and the rest of NO DOUBT wearing Moods White Dinner Jackets in the current issue of SPIN magazine as well as wearing them during their concert tour, the flagship MOODS OF NORWAY American store opened last night on Robertson.
I walked in right when Perez Hilton was riding high.

The party was so fun and the people were so nice and entertaining that sorry I didn't take that many pictures. Actor Jonathan Silverman was in the house.

Plus there were HOT HOT HOT Guys Galore wearing SUITS. You know how I love men in suits. It was a straight chicks dream party. Nice HOT GUYS wearing suits. Boy did I have FUN!!! Champagne, waffles & drinks were flowing. Moods had a Killer Team making sure everything went smoothly.
The DJ even rocked for me Grace Jones so you know the party was bumping. Maybe there is hope maybe there are some hot nice guys lurking in the shadows of heLA. Some very handsome guy gave me a compliment and after saying thank you I said where is your girlfriend? He said "I don't know probably talking to some other guy." I said, you should see about that because you are too fine to be left alone. Later on, I saw him and he found his girlfriend and I told her what I said to him. She said to me what a great ass I had. I could go on but I'm laughing. The party moved from Robertson to the Mondrian's SKY BAR. I was dancing and having FUN!!! Some other hot guy asked me to dance and I kept saying where is your girl friend whom I met and was very nice. We were dancing close and STRONG. So HOT. Both of us were leading. We had to part before it got dangerous. Then another guy wearing a Moods of Norway Black Evening Jacket with a textured print (who actually was the best dressed man at the party) and I were talking. He had salt and pepper hair and so charming....I haven't been around so many well dressed men that were so not Neanderthals (except one but in a charming way) in a long time. Working around some of the "people" (and I'm being generous) that I do, last night was like going to Disneyland. Mama likes... Then someone kissed me and the rest is a purple haze. Last Night was Magnificent. Nobody puts on a shindig like MOODS OF NORWAY.
